The majority investor of the project is the Expandia a.s. with The ACRED Group, s.r.o. a the co-investor specializing in project development and management.

For the realization of the project, Expandia and Acred founded Plzeň City Center, s.r.o.

Expandia is an independent venture capital and private equity firm focused primarily on investments throughout the Czech Republic and Central and Eastern Europe.

ACRED  is a private  real estate development management company that was established in 1995. ACRED team has successfully completed a number of residential and commercial projects.
