The total
floor area of gastronomic facilities is 1,007 m2 (10,840 ft2),
of which the restaurant occupies 401 m2 (4,315 ft2)(115 customers),
the pub 465 m2 (5,005 sq2)(195 customers), and the café
141 m2 (1,515 ft2) (60 customers).
Grease traps serving the above facilities (capacity up to
400 meals a day for
each facility) are installed with cleaning outlets in the
façade. The tenant will be given the opportunity to
equip/finalise their accommodation according to their individual
requirements.
